I start my day with the shake, adding him some additional greens and sprouts. I also add frozen rice cauliflower to add additional creaminess. Great way to start the day.

I am not a huge fan of this. I think it is the texture. I don’t notice it as much if I add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. I keep it around for variety.
